  1, Temperature range 40 -65 oC, Optimum Temperature range 58 -60 oC.
  2, PH Effective range 3.0-5.5, Optimum PH range 4.0-4.5.

  1, The definition of enzyme activity:1g enzyme powder or 1ml enzyme liquid in 40℃, PH4.6 for 1 hour, the enzyme quantity that can turn soluble starch into 1mg glucose is one enzyme activity unit.

  This product is organic biochemical substance,sunlight & high temperature will cause inactivation of enzyme. So, avoid exposure to sunlight when being transported. It should be kept in cool and dry place.
