Dubai Construction Company has won the contract to build USD 200 million mixed use tower in Amman.The 78,000 square meter,36 storey tower will contain the first five star W Hotel in Jordan which will have 280 rooms and 42 serviced apartments.The tower will sit on top of an 8 level podium containing high end retail units office space and hotel facilities.

Civil works for the project are expected to start in the H1 of 2015 and the project has an expected completion date of end 2015 with the hotel due to open in 2016.The tower is being developed by Seraya Abdali and has been designed by architectural practice Perkins&Will.
