Main Structure and Working Principle of Paddy Destoner Machine

TZQY cylinder cleaning sieve is mainly composed of sieve cylinder, charging device, cleaning device and drive device. 2 sieve cylinders are installed at one end of drive axle in horizontal cantilever state, the spiral blade shall push out the large impurity, and fine impurity shall drop down with the sieved material.

TQSX suction type paddy Destoner Machine is composed of charging device, sieve body, eccentric drive mechanism, wind suction system and frame.

Working principle is mainly according to the difference of the specific weight and suspension speed of the grain and stone, uses mechanical means to enable the sieve body to move repeatedly, and incur automatic classification under the effect of the air flow, enabling the smooth stone with large and heavy surface to deposit to the material layer, and the rough grain with small specific weight to float to the surface, in order to form the primary sub-layer, simultaneously, owing to the suspension speed of grain and stone having some difference, the layer effect has been reinforced under the air effect of up and down, enabling the material to become a loose liquid state, influenced by the push of the inlet material and its weight, grain floated to the top layer shall enable the inclined working face to slide downward till being discharged at the outlet discharging port, furthermore, under the effect of the inertia force and under the suction force of air flow, stone whose work surface is directly contacted shall slide upward through climbing over the back of hole, and finally enter the fine selecting chamber, and under the effect of air flow in reversed direction in the chamber, enable the grain mixed in the stone to return to the stone removing working face, and the stone shall still conquer resistance of air flow in reversed direction and be discharged from the stone discharging port under the influence of inertia force, thus realizing the objective of separating the rice from the stone.
