Plastic parts are non-appearance parts and are internal functional parts. The size of the plastic part is: 185.9*113.4*75.8mm. The characteristics of the plastic parts are as follows: (1) The appearance of the plastic parts is not allowed to have spots, gate marks, and no shrinkage, weld marks, flashing and other defects. (2) Plastic parts are internal functional parts, and there are more deep bones in plastic parts, strengthen exhaust to avoid trapped air, and deep bones are treated as inserts. (3) The shape of the plastic part is complicated, and there are 2 inverted buckles on the outer side of the plastic part. According to the structural characteristics of the base plastic parts, the mold preferentially adopts the hot runner injection mold structure, which adopts 1 point open + cold runner + side injection.
